Facilities Coordinator
Full-Time, Non-Exempt Hourly Position
Position Summary:
As a Member of the Blake’s Lotaburger Facilities team, the Facilities Coordinator will provide a variety of work for the company and the VP of Development, Facilities Supervisor, and IT Manager. The Facilities Coordinator must be a self-starter, have great customer service skills, be dependable, accountable and have communication skills. The position will organize and assist with commination and coordination between all facility related departments, vendors, and projects. The position will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Essential Functions:
· Filing and organizing documents
· Creating and updating spreadsheets
· Communicating with and dispatching techs
· Review and coordinate 3rd party vendor assignments and relationships
· Review and confirm payroll
· Oversee completion and updating of safety programs
· Track store invoices and facilities accounting (store billing)
· PM, CAPX, project, and development tracking
· Shop cleaning and organizing
· Equipment, parts, assets ordering, stocking, and tracking
· Pepsi Order (shop)
· Review and coordinate with team and third party on construction plans
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements (Education/Training/Experience/Abilities):

· Must be professional and Positive attitude with customer service skills
· Must be able to work 40 hours a week (6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday)
· Must have problem-solving abilities
· Follows all company policies, safety requirements, and company SOP’s
· Must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
· Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally, with team members and leadership
· Must be able to collaborate cross-departmentally and respond well to feedback
· Must be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining quality standards
· Complete MVR check and operate motor vehicles
Essential Physical/Emotional Requirements:
· Must be able to stand, sit, climb, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time
Must be ability move/lift up to 50lbs unassisted
· Must be able to use hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms
· Must have specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
· Must be able to talk and hear with ability to handle difficult and/or sensitive situations using tactful, appropriate, and effective communication
· Must be able to work within shop and exposure to weather conditions
